What is the Policy Portal?
It is the policy-development and policy-knowledge layer of the E-Learning Network architecture.
How is Policy different from Governance?
Policy focuses on what an institution intends to achieve and the principles or approaches used to achieve it. Governance focuses on authority, accountability, rules and institutional oversight.
How is Policy different from Operations?
Policy establishes direction and institutional expectations, while Operations focuses on executing and coordinating day-to-day activities.
How does Parliament relate to Policy?
Parliament can provide a deliberative and representative space for policy discussion, proposals and resolutions, while the Policy portal organizes the policy lifecycle and policy knowledge.
